HUATTORU PTE. LTD. ("HUATTORU", "we", "us", or "our") is a company incorporated in the Republic of Singapore, operating the e-commerce website at huattoru.com. We specialise in trading card game accessories and sealed products, with a focus on Pokémon TCG and One Piece TCG.

Eligibility

By using our website and placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Singapore;
• You are not prohibited from receiving products under any applicable laws or regulations; and
• All information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.

Products and Availability

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, withdraw any product, or discontinue any product line at any time and without prior notice.

Product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided for illustrative purposes and are as accurate as reasonably practicable. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is entirely accurate, complete, or error-free. In the event of a material discrepancy, we will notify you and offer a full refund or a suitable alternative.

As an independent retailer of trading card game products, HUATTORU makes no representations or warranties regarding the specific contents of any sealed product. All sealed products are sold as collectibles.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) where required. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment service providers. HUATTORU does not store or have access to your full payment card details.

Orders and Contract Formation

The placement of an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. No binding contract is formed until we issue an order confirmation to you. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• The product is out of stock or unavailable;
• A pricing or product description error has occurred;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity;
• Failure to successfully process payment; or
• An inability to fulfil delivery to the specified address.

Where an order is declined or cancelled by us, any payment already received will be refunded in full to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver within Singapore only, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Deliveries are fulfilled via Ninja Van, J&T Express, or our Seller Own Fleet. Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders above SGD $100. Applicable shipping charges for orders below this threshold will be displayed at checkout prior to payment.

Self-collection is available at 71 Oxley Bizhub, #05-40, Singapore 408732, by prior arrangement via our Telegram channel at t.me/huattoru. Please arrange a confirmed collection time before visiting.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the courier (for delivery orders) or upon collection (for self-collection orders). A tracking number (AWB) is available upon request — please contact us directly to obtain yours.

HUATTORU shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by third-party couriers, acts of God, strikes, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns and Refunds

Accessories: Returns and exchanges for accessory products are assessed on a case-by-case basis. To be considered, the following conditions must be met:

• The return request is submitted within 7 days of the delivery date;
• The item is unused and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact; and
• Prior written authorisation has been obtained from HUATTORU before returning the item.

Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their cost. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received in a defective or incorrect condition, which must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe following receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Intellectual Property

All content on the HUATTORU website — including but not limited to text, product photography, graphics, the HUATTORU name and logo, the kanji mark 發取る, user interface elements, and overall website design — is the exclusive property of HUATTORU PTE. LTD. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of Singapore and applicable international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.

Third-party trademarks and brand names referenced on our website (including Pokémon® and One Piece®) remain the property of their respective owners. HUATTORU is an independent authorised retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Bandai, or any other rights holder.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and all content, products, and services available through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HUATTORU expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our website will operate without interruption or error, that defects will be corrected, or that the website or the server that makes it available are free from viruses or other harmful components. You assume full responsibility for your use of the website.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Singapore, HUATTORU PTE. LTD., its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or your purchase of any product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In all cases, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to a purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Singapore law.

HUATTORU is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (PDPA). The collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.
